Foster, and would date to around 1948-1950. They had a number of contracts in this era. The first has a separate size label in white cloth, and after that, the size is part of the main label. They have a cool athletic pattern, and the leather is as soft as the day it was made. Although the label says size “40” it fits like a Large US 44. This jacket is in near mint condition aside from a small snag on the back wool waistband.
